Jolla: Please let the UI in peace!
You're making it worse with every iteration.
Sailfish 3 already made us take more steps than Sailfish 2 did to reach the same functionality.
SFOS is getting less usable and more unpleasant to look at. The recent update now brought us rounded borders. How does that add value?
Can me modularize the UI in a fashion that allows us to stay with what was working (version 2 UI) or even develop our own UI's?
Plus, it's stupid because you're focusing time and resources on something it's pretty in good shape and (still) appreciated from the users of the community, while there are other core areas of the os that needs more urgent attention (browser, apps ecosystem, qt upgrade and counting other pressing requests): and doing this, you're creating inconsistency with the original UI and making unhappy the community itself... I have no words.

atlochowski ( 2020-05-10 20:18:20 +0200 )edityes it should behave like a linux system and we'd choose whether to use KDE, Gnome, LXDE or whatever else as a graphical interface. (If the cummunity was only big enough).

rgrnetalk ( 2020-05-11 14:35:28 +0200 )edityeah, old remorse timer was the best version. After many attempts Jolla almost went back to original concept.
