Cannot mark as spam

I tried to mark a question as spam but kept getting an error. I tried to do this on 3 different browsers but got the same error each time;

Yep, I was able to flag your post @peterleinchen, which i undid. I don't wish to see you blocked.
So, you managed to flag your own post as offensive?, surely that shouldn't be a feature?

2x red colored -5 points, guess the offensive flag.
And 2x green colored -5 points (green and negative???), guess the reverts of offensive flag.
Not that I mind but what about the green negative points?
Now already 40 so seems like one gets downvoted by minus 5 points even if an offensive flag is cleared (which is positive and therefore green?).
