Share Now with microG

I'm using current release of SFOS (3.3.0.16) with microG Services Core 0.2.10.19420 etc. as replacement for Google Play Services.
Share Now carsharing app works fine for selecting cars, nevertheless login leads to technical error (my account is not the problem). I had trouble installing the UnifiedNlp app from microG via F-Droid on my SFOS (unknown techincal error), so I called Share Now support, to find out whether location tracking is necessary. They said Share Now app should work without it.
Does someone know how to solve this? Or did someone check Reach Now app as a workaround? Thanks is advance!
