I haven't found a guideline for this and maybe we should have one. Just making an observation of the situation right now (talking only about the questions that are introduced or fixed with the new update):

  1. Some of these questions have a tag jan14, some don't.

  2. Some of these questions are closed, others aren't.

  3. Some of these questions have an added part in the title [Fixed in 1.0.3.8.] or [Introduced in 1.0.3.8.], others don't.

Please give suggestions in answers and vote answers so we could have an agreement on how to solve this issue (please give priority to suggestions that are feasible at the moment).

  • All of these questions should be tagged with jan14.
  • All of these questions should be closed.
  • All of these questions should have that added part in the title [Fixed in 1.0.3.8.] or [Introduced in 1.0.3.8.] (helps when doing a search).

I think that it could be of help having a couple of boolean (?) fields (not tags) associated to any question, bug report and feature request. They would state "Fixed with version x.x.x.x" or "Introduced with version x.x.x.x". Once the first is checked it'll close the open question. No idea now of how useful the second could be.

I used something like bug [solved] on headline field. Not so sure if it's the best solution though.

Have also seen [fixed in 1.0.3.8] what I like little bit more. Is [closed] added automatically at the end of headlines when closing questions?
