22kHz mono audio stuttering and playback issues [released]

Hi. I think this is a bug already known but I could not find it here on together. Is there any progress on fix for the playback issues with 22kHz mono audio files?
When playing these files the music player or for example in the application Sabas the audio stutters, the length of the track is incorrect and maybe more problems.
Is there any known workaround for this problem?
