reset of counters in event/notification view

If I download files the event view shows the number of downloaded files and the file name of the last download.
- If I tab/press the line clears the event view and it opens Settings->System->Transfers. If I download a new file (only one) the event view shows the cumulated number of file downloads.
- If I use pulley menu to clear notifications the counter of downloaded files is also cleared. But it doesn't start the related app.
In both cases the event view showed "No notofications" before next download.
Please reset the counter also in the first case.
