[Contacts] Sync thumbnails with Google account contacts [duplicate]

I use a Google account for my address book and phone book. Many of these contacts have a thumbnail (picture in jpeg or png format). Contacts app shows only few of them. I don't know what are the rules and the reasons but I have an empty square instead of thumbnail picture for those contacts.
