Exchange synced contacts don't appear in Android [released]

I can't test if Google synced contacts have the same issue, but seems like only the contacts created on the phone are exposed to the Dalvik VM.

Edit (1.4.14.) Has anyone found a solution for this problem?

agreed. Jolla needs to contact their Dalvik provider (Myriad Group) to sort this out. :) I had to import the contacts via VCF files to get it to appear in Android. Hand created contacts also appear in Android.

The new update 1.0.7.16 - Saapunki has fixed this problem. Now all exchange contacts appear in Android apps.

Upgraded to Yliaavanlampi (U11) from factory reset. Added two exchange accounts and Whatsapp is able to find only 1/10 of my contacts and totally randomly.

In current version Haapajoki the bug also appears. No Android-Application (I tested WhatsApp an Threema) can access my exchange contacts.
