Pulley menu would stop at the last item in the list
When I answer the phone or do something with pulley-menu I usually have to look at the phone even if I'm selecting the last item (uppermost) in the menu as it might jump over the last selection.
How about when pulley-menu reaches the last item it would stop to it when you keep moving your thumb down so you would know without looking that you selected the last item?
Edit: In case you would like to see the full menu ( where you can tap the selection ) you would swipe over the edge of the screen.
Edit 2: This could be optional for pulley menu in settings
Edit 3: Added picture to show how menu would work:
in fact, when I started exploring the new OS, I kinda expected the pulley menu to not have a point where it's pulled out but nothing is selected, and I expected it to always flip back up when releasing. Not sure if that is the best way, but it's made for a few of those startled moments in a new UI

Pulling to the end to leave the menu open is not so useful or intuitive and could be removed.

It has saved me lots of times when I accidentally have flicked the pulley menu out without triggering an option! I personally like this behaviour, where a light intentional pull is required to actually select anything. An overly fast pull or overly long pull on the other hand, will leave it hanging. It's neat, in my opinion.
