I bought TOH Aloe an doesn't install ambience from the store. Says that there's a problem with store. Any idea?

come on!!! I tried everything... does not work!!! I tried through terminal, everything... I bought a piece of plastic at gold price... :/

Duplicate of what? first of all, it's not a question, is a statement. The TOH I bought does not work. Second: all posts arund here are concerning the white and the first one. Third: Assuming that Jolla will not recover my money or TOH I know that you admin don't want bad words before MWC in Barcelona...

The link provided is also a statement. And even if the case has been reported with the white OH, it is used to report the bug "Problem with store, this other half is not working", see https://together.jolla.com/question/10857/toh-problem-with-store-this-the-other-half-is-not-working/ for instance that is not specifically about the white but has been closed. Moreover, the task is still open, what means that there is no solution at the moment.

yes, I have 3 more TOH, the first one, snow white and keira black. All perfectly installed. I have sent an email 3 days ago to jolla care, but they don't answer. I think it's a faulty TOH.
