[Implemented in 1.0.3.8] Confirm calling from call list to prevent pocket calls [answered]
As a Jolla user, I would like to avoid making accidental calls from call log. The user interface could ask for user confirmation when a call log entry is tapped.
I'd prefer the Phone app's call log to open the user's contact card like it does in the People app.

I think that tapping on "phone" app will dial, and tapping in "people" app will open card page -logic is more confusing (same/similar list of persons, you need to remember where you are to know what will happen).
irtu ( 2013-12-30 20:42:00 +0200 )editFrom the N900 I am used to get additional information when tapping an entry in the phone list (e.g. phone number of the other end, date and time [in the recent calls list I see the time only when the call has not been made "today"]).
From this screen with additional information I can either call (phone) or SMS or MMS or e-mail or ... the contact/number. This seems much more naturally than just starting the phone call itself -- accidentally, I have started a couple of phone calls last night when investigating this list.
