Remove bottom send item from email composing window

I just managed to send an email by accident as the Send item in the bottom pulley was triggered from scrolling the text.

There needs to be another solution to send long emails than having another pulley on the bottom. Or add an remorse timer to it or anything. I am just glad I could delete the mail as I was not online while composing.

I'd remove the bottom pulley by default, maybe add an option to Settings->Apps->Email?

I'd like that UI element removed as well. It's just in the way. Better implementation, imo, would be swipe to accept and remorse timer if you accidentally swipe, as suggested here: https://together.jolla.com/question/3784/swipe-to-send-mail-and-use-a-countdown-timer-when-sent/
