Application icon disappear after update in Yandex [not relevant]

Just run updates in Yandex yesterday and today I noticed all those icons disappeared from my apps screen.

I updated by opening Yandex store and using application list to update.

Never mind. I forgot I changed APK handler so that manual updates work...
