Missing fields in the people app

I merged a number of contacts from my N900 to my Jolla and found some shortcoming of the people application in the process.
There is no field for the profession, and there was also no warning, the information was just ignored without any warning.
There was a similar problem with a mobile phone number marked as "work", the number was just mapped to "Mobile Phone". For me it is very important to know whether a mobile phone is someones personal or work phone (For example, I can't give out a personal phone number to a third party), the same is true for fixed lines. Please allow a distinction between work and personal numbers for mobile and fixed line numbers.
I'd appreciate if the layout was a bit more condensed. So, if we ever get a 'notes' field, let's have it visible without scrolling.
