Adblock doesn't work after Ohijärvi-update

After the update adblock doesn't work anymore. If I go to about:addons, I can't scroll or press anything so I can't change any settings.

If you had adblock, does it still work?

With the current development version from githup Adblock-Edge works again. So at least there's hope.

As a follow up adblock edge 2.1.3 works with current qtmozembed. I didn't manage to subscribe filter lists with the builtin UI though. But copying the adblockedge directory containing the patterns.ini file from a desktop into /home/nemo/.mozilla/mozembed/ makes it filter ads. Auto-update of pattern also works.

Adblock seems to work right after installation, but crashes when the browser is restarted.

Following message appears in extensions.log:

2014-03-18 03:11:48 ERROR addons.xpi: bootstrap startup failed: [Exception... "Unexpected error in XPConnect"  nsresult: "0x80570008 (NS_ERROR_XPC_UNEXPECTED)"  location: "JS frame :: resource://gre/modules/XPIProvider.jsm :: XPI_loadBootstrapScope :: line 4199"  data: no] at resource://gre/modules/XPIProvider.jsm:4199

I don't know anything about the internal workings of Gecko, but maybe someone other can tell more.

As a temporary workaround you can add it to favourites, after reinstall works again until next browser closing. To add long press on Add to Firefox, copy to clipboard, turn airplane mode on, paste the url and wait for 'Problem loading page', now it is possible to favourite it. Reinstalling is rather quick so worth it for longer browsing sessions or ad-heavy sites

You can remove it by simply delete /home/nemo/.mozilla, your bookmarks will still be there after that, only your sessions (cookies) are gone.
