feature request - Resize images when adding to mail (optional)

Is it possible, when i add pictures to mail, that the app ask to resize the pic?
options: - orignal - 1600x1200 - 800x600 - 320x240 or per % (100%, 50%, 10%)
( i did a search for mail + resize but don't find a similar question)
The phone should do this for videos too. One should also be able to attach more than one image to an email. i.e. be able to select more than one image from the gallery and send via email.
