According to their User Agreement, you should be able to delete your Yandex account "through a function on the account management page":
2.10.1. The User may at any time delete its account at all Yandex services or terminate the account regarding certain services through a function on the account management page.
My guess is that it's probably easiest to do this from a computer (i.e. not from your Jolla).
(Haven't tried this myself, though, as I never got around to sign up.
I've got the Android™ support installed, and use certain Android apps, but they're installed by bluetoothing them from my old Android (v. 2.3.7) phone, or via F-Droid.)
