Hello, i've just got my jolla yesterday, and i simply love it. My question is: once i turned it on it had its first OS update (can't remember the name, but i think it was Ohijarvi) after that the latest update n.5 appeared. Is it normal? or should it update to all of 5 updates?

its normal. i do a factory reset, have 1.0.0.5 or so, update to 1.0.2.5 snd than directly to 1.0.5.x , dont worry , its all okay :)
