Description:
After importing an empty data fields provided vCard file, this address data should be supplemented.
-> Open Contacts
-> Clicked Edit
-> Clicked Address

Result:
Processing is not possible, since fields are slid over each other and prevent the opening of submenus.
This fields are: adress, personally, package
Appendix, if necessary: photo

Comment:
The problem does not occur with complete data sets.
Import from KDE Kontact 4.10.5R1, vCard 3.0

"After importing an empty data fields provided vCard file" - can you give an example of the vCard record that you imported? It's fine to change all the details of names/numbers/addresses, provided the problem can still be replicated.

a contact with empty address field provided by eg facebook/xmpp, has a scrambled editor view where you are unable to edit anything related
