Call volume+ android market app- bug

Today twice (both of calls)happened that during the call volume was set to high setting and it was not adjustable in anyway with 1.0.5.19. Clicking rocked switch could set to silent and high out put but it didn't affect the caller's volume it self. l had to held phone like on a speaker not to get ear damage while talking.
Also keyboard was not avaible in android markets(1mobile, aptoide apps) when trying to open keyboard at search.
