Voice/messaging service integration [duplicate]

I'd like some kind of integration with other voice/messaging services into the phone app like in N9 when you can select how you text/call someone (eg text via skype or call via google talk). It is difficult to have to open the android skype app to call a number in your address book which you have to enter into the app manually. Not picking skype in particular, if it were open to use viber/line et al - would be nice..
