Add a user interface to configure and switch on/off VPNs. For my purpose OpenVPN and vpnc ipsec would be the first candidates.

Currently both openvpn and vpnc can be installed and operated via command line. Having a nice GUI integrated with the system settings would be really nice.
strnous ( 2013-12-28 10:08:18 +0200 )editKeep in mind that we need multiple VPNs sometimes dependant upon eachother, some you want to have always on, and some are gonna reject you (eg: home network vpn; always on, but if you're at home it's rejected; and that is the expected behavior). With systemd openvpn@foo.service this should be doable
