Hi! Does anywone have a answer for my problem:

I can't update my Jolla from 1.0.0.5 (Kaajanlampi). It doesn't search for a new OS version. Nothing happens.

And I've been installing the Alarm clock, calendar.. And when I'm refreshing the "installed apps" in the Jolla Store. It says no apps installed. This seems to be a server issue?!

It's not the first time i'm factory resetting my Jolla. But it's the first time i got this problem with it..

Edit: Also tried trough ssh with a pkcon commands. Still nothing.. Log from the store-client: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qezyfpunp17ius5/issue.txt

Newer log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qpz54c7q8wmmry8/issue2.txt

I dont know if that will bring anything, but you could try to reset your Jolla again. https://together.jolla.com/question/22079/howto-all-pc-users-recover-or-reset-a-device-that-is-stuck-in-boot-loop/

Isn't it enough with a reset that i did yesterday and today? :D or am i supposed to reset it like 10 more times? :D

Do a reset, add Jolla-account but DO NOT install anything, worked for me.

Your date&clock needs to be correct. And you need to add Jolla-account in settings before doing update searches. Or you could try disabling & enabling Jolla account.

I've resetted the phone multiple of times. And even had the Jolla account to login with or just to skip. Even tried by registrating a new Jolla account. Activate and deactivate accounts in the settings. But it seems to be the Jolla isn't deleting everything from the phone as it should do.

So what i think i have to do is the telnet thingy and choose 1) Reset phone to factory settings. And see if that will work. Else there aint no problem with the phone. I can call peoples, surf around install apps from the Store. But i can't get that *amn updates.. :P

and are you trying through wifi or gsm?

You could ofcourse just try upgrade from commandline:

# pkcon refresh

# version --dup

logs says that your jolla account it not valid. So maybe create a new account with different email address if your current one is somehow messed up.

Or find wifi network somewhere and see if update is offered in that way better.

I've tried with another jolla account (a fresh new one)

Hello, please see if this article in the Jolla Help Center could be of help to you: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201440377

Please note, that among other things it suggests you only add your Jolla Account after the reset, forget all the apps and other accounts until you're up to date.

If all else fails, you could always submit a ticket: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hope you get updated!
