Bug: "Clear mobile data counters" works only for few minutes

Steps to reproduce: - Clear mobile data counters in Settings - Close Settings - Go to lock screen - Launch settings - check data counters (it restores old values on my mobile)

Can confirm. WLAN counter reset seems to work fine though.

For me, solution to this was to reset data counters when mobile connection was turned on. When data connection was off, reset of data counters wasn't working as describedd in question.

Weird, but works as a workaround for me. Indeed, when I actively disable wifi and have an active mobile data connection, the reset actually seems to work. Thanks for this.
