I had this happen to me twice after the 1.0.7 update. Seems kind of rare though.
Edit: Still present in 1.0.8.19

OK i fuckin nailed it.
To reproduce:
1) Plug in your headphones. 2) Lock with swipe or wait to go blank. 3) Unplug the headphones and swipe to lock. 4) Screen turns on after a while.
