cannot silence incoming call [released]

wy is this option gone out the pull up menu

No, muting incoming call is the only option left in the pull up menu, they just changed the name to ignore. I have a post on this: here

After update 10, there are three ways to silence incoming call:
- turn the phone upside down
- short press of power button
- selecting "ignore" from pulley menu (as before)

I can still silence a call but not from the pulley menu. just swipe from outside of the screen to the inside while you are in the phone app.
