Jolla still running 1.0.4.20 (Ohijärvi). Unable to find later updates. [answered]

Maybe you could logout and after that login with your Jolla-Account username instead of your Jolla-Account email. (Think this was also an issue in the past.)
thanks for the answers! I reset the phone to factory settings and it's received all updates and is working fine.

Have you enabled developer mode out of interest? It should just work: I'm sure you have but try rebooting the phone and opening up Jolla Store. Done anything of note to the device that might be worth mentioning? Also you can contact care@jolla.com and they'll help you out.
