If I understand correctly you do not get any sound from device loudspeaker? If yes, you can try this: put on some music and twist and tap the device body at the loudspeaker place - bottom left corner. It looks like your question is a duplicate of:

I had that problem a few weeks ago, in my situation it was hardware problem. I fixed it by tapping the bottom of the phone and it started to work again. (I had music playing while I did it)

I had the same problem and with these steps system sounds will sound through the speaker: 1. plug in head phone, sounds come via head phone and speaker (I use time to test). 2. turn phone off 3. unplug headphone 4. turn phone on Sounds are back

Rebooted kept sounds working, but... something happened (don't know what I did), and sounds are gone again... However, using the same procedure got sounds working again. When listening to headphones (plugged in): make sure you unplug the headphone before closing the music player

In some situations the dust in your pocket will clog the earphone jack. When you than insert a jackplug, you push this clog in between the two contacts that detect the earphones. that way, when one removes the jack, the phone will think its still in there and will not enable the speaker.
I have seen this in various brands of phones, and it wouldnt surptise me if this has happened to you too. Rolling up a little strip of paper to a roll of about 1mm thick and very gently inserting and removing, while twisting, it into the jackplug might help. At least it will remove a lot of dust. But be carefull not to damage the plugs internal connections!

I had the same issue, no more sound from loudspeaker... playing around with volume settings didn't help! Then I contacted Jolla care, they asked me to use CSD tool to run some tests, which all ran fine except for the louspeaker.

I ended up sending it in for repair ;) Happily, Jolla staff is extremely fast, the day after the phone arrived in Finland they notified me that it's already been repaired and on it's way back to me! So both thumbs up for the Jolla sailing crew :)
