Startscreen ala Blackberry OS

I really like my Jolla - Alot!
I was watching Blackberry OS 10, and the way they handled the messages, mails and so on was brilliant! I looked a little like on my Nokia N9 with the swipe function to get a look at my FB Posts and so on.
On the Blackberry OS 10, they could also tap the icons on the startscreen to see the messages, mails and so on...
Could that be a function coming to the Sailfish OS?
