I have an issue to connect my device device properly to my Windows 7 ultimate 64bit edition. I can see it only like an external disk of 16GB space. Any solution or available software that we can use in the future? Thank you very much instead.

what is the issue?

16GB drive sounds OK to me, I would not expect anything more.

I'm not sure what exactly you want to achieve. Currently the device can just be connected as MTP device. Perhaps in future there will be other possibilities.

I want to know how I'm going to import my contacts, messages, photos etc. from my old phone. I couldn't do it through bluetooth, so I export all my contacts in vcf file to my pc and I want to import all of them at once to jolla. What type of file I need to export my messages?

ssh your Jolla, it is easy. enable developer mode, enable remote connection, enter desired password, install WinSCP on to your pc. connect to jolla via wifi ip adres shown on your jolla in settings, username 'nemo'

you sd is mounted at /run/user/10000/media

Folks, I really think that ssh is something exo-terresstrial for many people. We should keep that in mind and try to always select and explain the easiest path.

@ortylp Thank you for sharing your view. I disagree, however. Jolla is a device for everyone & SailfishOS strives to become extremely useful, but still fun. SSH-ing requires, correctly, enabling the Developer Mode. IMHO, it is not "common" to ask people to ssh so that they can import some contacts.

@ortylp what you suggest to a person that bought this device and has no idea about ssh, CLI, etc? Do you think it's too complicated and not useful for them?
