Open app before giving lock code [released]
Lets just keep it simple -> On lock screen, select app from pull-menu -> phone asks security code -> unlock and app opens.

This is exactly how it works (atleast in 1.1.1.27 but the pulley menu shortcuts feature appeared much earlier); when the phone is locked one of three favorite apps can be clicked, the lock screen appears, and when the code is enteted the app will immediately opened.
no, it isn't that way. Actually the app opens BEFORE lockcode and is just shown AFTER the lockcode was entered.

I was just thinking about this today; the current behaviour makes the pull menu pretty much useless when you lock your device, it's too much effort to go back to it after you are already in the app list.

App is available from harbour!, currently in beta, but constantly evolving (next will be favorites)
