[bug/feature request] unable to redial manually entered number when no net-coverage

While calling a manually entered phone number when at the same time there is no phoneprovider-network-coverage - the call is of course not possible and is denied and user is notified via short notification on top of the page.

Immediately after the phone reverts to the list of last called persons/numbers, but the number just entered is not present. Also if you choose to manually enter a phonenumber again from the pulley menu, the label ist empty.

User is left with only one option: re-enter the same phonenumber manually and hope converage is back by then, if not re-enter the number over and over again - quite frustrating.

Please fix.

btw: caller and contacts app ought to be unified someday, should support copy'n'paste, editing manually entered phone numbers before redialing (in order to correct typos, add correct international prefixes or simply to dial another extension while dialing a company).

Had it too this afternoon. Quite frustrating indeed. This should be an easy job for a programmer, please fix.
