Hello

On my Jolla-Phone, I do still have plain vanilla 1.0.0.5 (kaajanlampi).

All my attempts to upgrade to a more recent version failed.

I'd appreciate any help and support.

Could you explain more detailed what happens? (error messages, how you proceed etc...). Furthermore: Is this a brand-new device or one which had been reset?

And just to make sure: 1. Do you have a stable internet connection? 2. Is your phone charged? 3. Do you have enough free space on your device?

Thanks for replying Brand new resetted only after reading your reply. Internet connection is stable. Charged fully 13.6GB space No errors...

... wait...

No: update to 1.0.2-10.12.5 jolla showed up suddenly ... downloading .... installing.
