[Jolla launcher] Facebook messenger bubble support

Facebook messenger is probably one of the most used apps in android I believe. But Jolla launcher doesn't support its bubble feature which is the messenger's core USP. Hopefully, its support will be added in the next version as it wasn't in this second build. Thank you.
