[bug] volume stuck on top of display

Volume adjustement bar stuck on top of the display. Cannot find a way to get rid of it.

This is the volume bar that appers when you press volume rocker after opening the phone.

I encountered the same problem recently, with version 1.0.8.19

I'm having this again with 3.0.1.11 and the three-finger gesture. Pretty annoying and only a restart helps.
