No sound at all during call [duplicate]

All my sounds are working perfect(ringtone,can listen to music,alarm, etc..). If i take an incoming call, i can't hear the person on the other end of the line and the same when i make a call and the person picks up the phone(doesn't matter if i put the volume min or max). I have to enable loudspeaker to get sound during a call.Wonder if other people have same issues.
