Google Calendar shows removed events

Reoccuring events, from which I've removed events in the middle of the occurances (days off from school) still show on my jolla.
I edited my calendar on my PC because it's easier and faster than doing it on the phone, and when I synced it to my jolla the events removed from in between had to be manually removed from the jolla calendar.
When I later synced the calendar again, the events where back in the jolla calendar.
