A lot of already cleared notifications reappear after i reboot my phone.

This is how it looks when I just rebooted with no notifications pending:

Hi, do notifications still reappear if you remove them via pulley menu? (by choosing "clear notifications") or have you removed them by long pressing and choosing "remove"?

I removed them all by tapping and waiting for app to appear. Rebooted and they reappeared. I removed them all via "clear notifications". Rebooted and they didn't reappear.

I have the same problem with OneDrive (Android) notifications. I have downloaded two files from the cloud, and now the notifications, that the files have successfully downloaded appear every time I connect to the internet or every time the notifications update. I have tried Pulley Menu->Clear notifications, holding->Remove and rebooting, they still reappear.

I can confirm this behaviour, it was so annoying that I removed the Android Onedrive app and decided to wait native Younited cloud sync.

I think this bug is linked (maybe it's a duplicate) with this one: Bug: Cleared missed call notification reappearing

possibly these are two manifestations of the same root cause, but this is not a duplicate
