cannot reset device

I had a freshly installation and was on latest update when I decided to uninstall the yandex store (fatal error of mine). Though the android support package was still installed I couldn't install any .apk I decided to reset the device but every time it boots on current setup. Nothing happens. Had tried several times but nothing seems to help on resetting my jolla. any thoughts? do i have to go through this: https://together.jolla.com/question/22079/howto-all-pc-users-recover-or-reset-a-device-that-is-stuck-in-boot-loop/

What happens if you try to reinstall the Yandex store? And which error do you get when you try to install an .apk?

the yandex.store can be re-installed however the device cannot reset. It shuts down and power on with the same configuration.

There is now 'Dalvik cleanup' in Warehouse. Try it and your problems should be solved.

I also had an issue with the android part, using 'Dalvik cleanup' solved it.

I installed dalvik cleanup but although it start launching then it just disappears and does not do anything at all!
