Mobile network connection problems in android app after update 5

Since update 5 Paarlampi (where this feature was implemented: "Connection indicator in home screen now supports dual connection of WLAN and mobile data (one connection online, another ready-to-use)") I have problems with internet connection from android apps.
Before this update, that was absolute no problem with connection.
This problem appeared instantly, no matter how long the phone works. As soon as I switch WIFI off , I have no internet connection in some application. Other are working without any problems. Some of them have partials problems.
Here the list of application (include only the most known application, but I have also problems with other ones): - Both application Store officially supported by Jolla: Yandex and Aptoide have no connection to internet at all. - Viber - All google apps applications (I know that they are not officially supported, but still). Google play, for example could show the application, but when you try to install it, it says waiting for internet connection. - Applications, specific to Austria: TV Thek, Oebb Scotty - Even SetDns says that there is no connection as soon as I switch to 3G.
This should be problem with DNS. By I could not solve it too. With terminal emulator I can ping any host by name without problem. When I try to open any site in firefox by name, I can not do it. If I pass ip, the site is open immediately.
I have TMobile Austria as mobile provider.
Other applications, as Instagram for example, are working well (at least with fresh restarted Dalvik).
I know that this question was already asked here, but nothing is helped me. I tried to reinstall android support using mobile internet, no results. Tried to change DNS, but have still the same google DNS. Smart switches in Android also do not help. You just could not switch off mobile connection manually from inside android.
Once more. With Wife connection everything works fine.
I have checked system table from settings.db. It contains wifi_static_dns1 and wifi_static_dns2. with my DNS settings. But there is no entry for mobile internet.
