Photos are getting saved in regards to landscape with camera on the left. So photos which are taken left-handed end up upside down with a rotation marker for 180° - For portrait +-90° is ok (we are used to that), but 180° could be saved as 0° too. Gallery shows the pics just fine, recognized it at a PC not giving a sht about metadata.

Nope, pictures are fine in on-device gallery app but metadata says 180degrees turned so programs that do not use metadata show it upside down.
