It might be that either the charger plug is loose or the USB port of the device. Check this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NF0houdRnBw
I had this problem, and it charged with 500-1000mA current. After fixing the charger, it now charges at +2000mA current.
You can make charging faster via laptop USB when you use short and quality cable. I observed a big difference between my long and thin Kindle USB cable and the original charger cable.
The cable is essential in this context: some (or even most) USB cables are designed for data transmission (low current) only. Use the original Jolla cable or another cable which you can carefully select in online shops (e.g. Amazon), reading other users comments on usability as a charger cable

Bug: Charging through the OH is not ignored when battery is full
If you didnt use it for this time and charged from 220V, then - yes.
nix ( 2014-08-26 19:27:25 +0200 )editWell if you charge over USB from your laptop/PC it is slower. And if you have some program on top that uses cpu it will not be too fast.

niqt ( 2014-08-26 22:52:51 +0200 )edityou could try connect batterys connectors better to phones connector pins. apply a piece of paper to battery so that it pushes battery towards connector pins and see if it helps. you can use hunger meter app before and after to see if that helps you.
