Facebook without permissions not give reason why not work

My friend had a problem with Facebook. I takes quite long time to realize the problem which was that he did not gave permission to post when registering account. Chatting just did not worked. He feared that Jolla will post some spam so he not gave permissions.
I think Jolla can easily say that to user if there is no permissions.
