Hi,

I submitted an app that got turned down because I made some beginners mistakes. After correcting them I went back to harbour, clicked on the app icon, exchanged the rpm and clicked Submit to QA. This was four days ago and nothing has changed. The status is still rejected and I have no new notifications. How do I know that my app got re-submitted? It would be nice if the status would change after re-submitting from rejected to re-submitted.

Thanks

Hi, is your app "ZirkelTraining"? If so we don't have a newer version in our queue. Can you check again, that all you wanted to update is correct (incl. the rpm) and press the "Submit to QA" again? A page saying "App submitted for QA" should appear and the status should change to "QA". You should also get a notification saying:

App submitted

Your app was submitted to QA

If that is not the case then the app will not be processed by us. If you can't bring the app into "QA" status, contact us at developer-care at jolla.com, and please mention the app name.

Yes it is. Is it possible that there are issues using Opera with your pages? During the first upload I had problems adding screen shots and ended up using FireFox. Earlier today I already added a comment here using Opera Mini, which did not work as I just realized.
I just redid the process with Opera and I think now it worked. I got the message App submitted and the Status is QA again. To bad that I did not realized that earlier, I had hoped that the app will be out the by mid of the week so that I have a first user feedback by today and can work on the next update over the weekend. Weather shall be not very good...

I'm don't know for sure with which browsers we test the Harbour web UI and I'm not aware of any problems with Opera in Harbour.

But any way, I see the app now in the queue, one of our testers will test it soon.
