Any way to port SailfishOS to Windows Phone? [answered]

I think I've seen some people do it way back when Jolla was released, but I'm not sure. I'm asking this because a friend of mine wants to try SailfishOS but has a Lumia 820. Does anyone have an idea if it's even possible to port it and if so, where would I find how? :)

Short answer, unfortunately it's not possible. The phone is locked and i don't think in the future we can put other systems on this phone.

Long answer: Microsoft is doing its best to prevent users from using their own device as they see fit. Verdict: avoid.

That depends, have you enough money to buy Microsoft?

Please see the answer to the question "Can we run Android on Lumia now?" in your link. While it is in theory now possible, practically it's humongous job to get / write Android drivers which are also used by Sailfish.
