When I see a notification on the home-screen I can not interact with it. First I have to swipe up from the bottom to open the notification screen and click one of the notification. Why not make the nitrifications on the home screen clickable like on the N9 I do not need a notification screen... When the notivication screen is dumped the swipe up action can be linked to the home-screen.

my girlfriend tries to click notifications on lock screen all the time when she handles my phone and I completely understand her. It's really unintuitive like it is now.

Also, the whole lock screen / notification screen layout is quite a mess at the moment, why the hell do we need to swipe up to get something that could be perfectly put in the otherwise useless lock screen? (and that aside, flicking apps up to get to multitasking view on the N9 was by far the best method!)

Duplicate of https://together.jolla.com/question/491/notification-icons-in-lock-screen-as-buttons/ (although that one is closed, but it should be reopened, as the requested feature has not been released).

Edit: I reopened that one.
