Improve Downloads UI

The Downloads UI in Settings should show downloaded / total data amounts and the current download speed for in-progress downloads. For finished downloads the total elapsed time and file size would be nice to see.

EDIT: apparently file size is shown when the download is finished, along with some timestamp. I'm guessing that is the time when the download finished.

Also, the download indicator on the cover seems "reversed" which is a bit unintuitive to me. (it counts down from full to empty instead of the other way around)

And I think that it's totally weird that taping the downloaded file like an apk just installs it without asking anything. I'd like another page view with details of the selected item and them choose an acording action.

Another weird thing for me was that the downloads app was somehow associated with the settings app? Not the browser? I would understand that it would at least be a totally independent application, just not in that place.

Download percentage would be nice add to the cover screen.
