recently I noticed, that the time on my Jolla slowly gets out of sync. shouldn't the time be synced over the network?

On my Jolla time is synced with my home network(MTel Bulgaria). But also I see time is synced with A1 when I am in Vienna. Settings=>System=>Time and Date=>Automatic update (checked)
