Hi everyone, for some time now, I come across this video which shows Sailfish OS installed on Samsung Galaxy S3:

Are there any instructions on how to do it? I would like to try it myself but I can't find any instructions or flashable Sailfish images. Where can I get them?

Sure, it is possible but I doubt there are any ready-made images available.
If you are intrested in porting, I suggest you check IRC channel #sailfishos-porters where you can get help.
There is a good porting guide available. It covers the basic requirements and setting up your build machine pretty well: https://sailfishos.org/develop/hadk/
You need to have some basic developers skills however :) It took me about a week to finish porting to Nexus7 but that was mostly due to the fact I had a pretty non-standard filesystem layout on my build server... and Nexus if fairly easy case.
@ihorga, if the camera works on CM10 then it can be made to work on SFOS port too. (and I bet it does work)
Mainly what's needed is fixing the adaptation layer, since the driver for it is the same driver used in CM and wrapped with libhybris. I'd say a nice project for you to work on :)

But currently I am swamped with other projects (paid ones :) ) so at this point I would rather pay someone to do it instead :) But who knows, maybe I will fall short of projects sometime and I will give it a try.
