[BUG] Dialed number is not added to call list when there is no network coverage

Precondition: No network coverage

Steps 1) Open dialer and enter a phone number 2) Press Call

Expected: User is notified that there is no network coverage. Dialed number is in the call log.

Actual: User is notified that there is no network coverage. Dialed number is not added to the call log.

This is still happening in 1.1.4.29 (Äijänpäivänjärvi). Pretty annoying when you need to enter a long phone number again.
